Trailer Painter

Belmont Trailers is a growing company in Leola Pa, that manufactures high quality steel and aluminum trailers. We are looking for a Painter to join our Team that is motivated, supports our mission, vision, and core values, and is eager to grow with us. Duties and responsibilities

This is a list of the primary job responsibilities, but you are also expected to help in other areas as needed to ensure the success of the Belmont Team as a whole.

· Paint trailer frames and components to acceptable quality standards.

· Prep trailers for painting by washing, caulking, and masking as required.

· Loading and unloading parts from paint racks.

· Help maintain paint equipment and keep the work area clean and orderly.

· Collaborate with other Team members to look for ways to reduce waste and process times on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Good communicator - Is an example of Belmont’s culture, values, and production system

Physical requirements

Must be able to work on their feet for a full 10 hr. shift and lift at least 75 lbs.

Compensation

· $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
