Assistant Executive Director - Belmont Village Senior Living Albany, California
As the Assistant Executive Director at Belmont Village Albany, you will work closely with the Executive Director and management team to support operations, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain an exceptional standard of customer service and employee satisfaction. Prior management experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare leadership or hospitality leadership is required. Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
PURPOSE
- Assists the Senior Executive Director in the overall management of the Community.
- Creates and maintains a high level of resident and employee satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages community employees as assigned ensuring adequate staffing, training and development, promoting a positive employee culture through ongoing appreciation and recognition programs, conducts performance appraisals and administers corrective action discussions as necessary.
- Ensures compliance with regulations, policies and procedures
- Ensures a high degree of resident satisfaction through coordination of individual service plans and support services, coordination of move-in and move-out details, and leading resident/family conferences regarding service level changes.
- Leads sales initiatives by participation in industry group and community functions including networking events.
- Provides input for development and management of community's operating budget
- Maintains a 24-hour operating schedule
REQUIREMENTS
- Current state administrator's license, as applicable
- Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24 hour operation
