Wage: $18-$20/hour

To celebrate your successful completion of our Caregiver In Training program, you will be promoted to Caregiver with an increase in compensation.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Learning to provide caregiving services to a group of residents in assisted living and/or memory care including exceptional ADL assistance.
- Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities and outings.
- Learning to provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene care & mobility in a fast-paced senior living community with varying levels of acuity.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Demonstrates a growth mindset
