About The Role
In this senior living nurse management role, you will be responsible for the management of residential services including clinical assessments, medication administration program, management of nursing and care staff and licensure compliance. You will serve as the liaison for residents, their loved ones and staff as it relates to customized resident service plans. Through expert leadership, coaching and mentorship you will develop and foster strong clinical and care teams focused on delivering consistently exceptional care and services.

About The Role

Essential Functions
- Responsible for overall compliance of clinical services & programs including accuracy of medication administration
- Works collaboratively and facilitates communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties and internal care teams to deliver quality resident care
- Works collaboratively to complete timely resident assessments and to develop & initiate the Care & Service Plan
- Supports and assists in day-to-day care and clinical needs as needed
- Conducts interviewing & hiring, evaluates employee performance, provides coaching and employee training, and delegates assignments for all direct reports
Requirements
- Active LVN, LPN or RN license required
- Minimum two years nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL) , Memory Care (ALZ) or Senior Living community
- Successful demonstration of exceptional organizational, communication, & customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as needed
