Full Time Maintenance/Housekeeping Assistant

Under the Building Engineer supervision, the maintenance/housekeeping assistant is responsible for the facilities painting and housekeeping. The position also supports the daily operations of the facility for a safe and clean work environment.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Providing assistance and support to the Building Engineer in all areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.
- Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
- Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments
- Assisting with in-house resident moves

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year commercial facility maintenance experience
- Customer service oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests 1
- - 2 yrs hotel, hospital, multi-family housing or assisted living community maintenance experience is preferred
