- Coordination of move-in process and assisting with all non-care related move-in logistics
- Conducting prospect follow up calls and providing community tours as needed
- Maintaining apartment inventory & readiness lists
- Maintaining resident files & updating lead management database / CRM
- Assisting with sales and marketing events within the community as needed
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years sales support experience preferred within Hospitality, High End Retail or Senior Living
- Proven success with organization, independent time management & attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency with the ability to learn CRM database software
