Building Maintenance Assistant
23 / hour
Part-Time : 9AM-5 : 30PM
3 Days / will vary to include weekends

The Maintenance Assistant will be primarily responsible for general maintenance work order requests and the make-ready process of apartments including patching drywall & painting. This position is hands-on and highly engage with the residents who live at Belmont Village.
Prior hands-on maintenance experience in the areas of general maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, & drywall repair are required. Prior maintenance experience in senior living, assisted living or hotels is preferred.
