Full Time Maintenance / Housekeeping Assistant
$21 / hourly
Residential / Commercial Painting Experience Required

Under the Building Engineer supervision, the maintenance / housekeeping assistant is responsible for the facilities painting and housekeeping.
The position also supports the daily operations of the facility for a safe and clean work environment.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Providing assistance and support to the Building Engineer in the painting and housekeeping of the building and grounds.
- Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
- Completing basic maintenance tasks to include a ssisting with in-house resident moves

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year residential or commercial painting experience (preferred)
- Customer service oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests
- 1 2 yrs hotel, hospital, multi-family housing or assisted living community painting experience is preferred
