YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Banquet Bartender, you will prepare, mix and put together craft cocktail syrups from scratch. Serves guests with great customer service by providing information to help with the beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices by providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Properly set up bar, including stocking and batching
- Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
- Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
- Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience
- During service, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success
- Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

Requirements
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
- You hold a valid Operator’s License
- You are 18 years or older
- You have experience making classic cocktails
- You have basic math skills (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
- You have legible handwriting
- You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
- You have wine experience and/or certification
- You have one year bartending experience (preferred)
- You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment
- You are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 30lbs without assistance
- You are able to stand and/or walk the entire shift
- You have knowledge working with POS systems
- You are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be available nights and weekends
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- U.S. Work Authorization (required).
