Position Overview: Beloit College is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Annual Fund to lead our annual giving program. The Director of Annual Fund will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to increase annual giving participation and revenue. This position will work closely with alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to build a strong culture of philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fund strategy to achieve fundraising goals.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, alumni, and other constituents.
- Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Analyze data and trends to inform fundraising strategies and improve donor engagement.
- Plan and execute donor recognition and appreciation events.
- Collaborate with a team of fundraising professionals to create a fantastic donor experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on annual giving.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in fundraising software (including Give Campus and RE) and data analysis.
