What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN PM Shift Supervisor position at Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Beloit Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team in Beloit, WI as a PM Shift Supervisor. This position will work with our phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON), Mary and Administrator Marsha in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.
This position is full time (11am-7 : 30pm) with every other weekend rotation.
The RN Supervisor (RN) oversees patient-care operations, assigning and monitoring staff nurses, and identifying and implementing quality improvements
Requirements :
- WI Licensed Nurse RN in good standing
- 2 Years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a growing team
