- Supervise staffing for all kitchen areas : Preparation, employee cafeteria and catering
- Plan and create menus for patients, retail and catering
- Manage cost controls and control expenditures
- Assure sufficient quantities of pre-prepared items are available to meet projected demands and are stored in a manner which increases their usefulness while maintaining quality
- 3 years' related culinary experience
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel
- Knowledge of food and industry trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls and presentation
- One year culinary experience at management level
