This position will:

• Perform preventative maintenance on items such as ice machines, garbage disposals doors and motors
• Complete minor plumbing repairs including faucets, showers and toilets
• Complete grounds work, snow removal and interior safety rounds

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Three years’ experience in mechanics, electricity, control systems and general maintenance
