  • LPN $22.60 - 33.90
• Shifts: 6a-9a, 1p-3p and 6p-9p
• Schedule: Varied; but must be flexible to work all shifts listed above

This position will:

• Administer medications to assisted living residents
• Transcribe orders and receive medications from pharmacy, as needed
• Assess residents with condition changes
• Be flexible to work all 3 mini-shifts

Required:

• Graduate from an accredited LPN or RN program
• Illinois Nursing license
• CPR at hire or within 90 days of hire
