A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACTIVITIES AIDE
The Activity Aide is responsible for conducting the community's activities which includes the programming geared towards a variety of individual abilities and interests. We are looking for someone who is creative and strategic when it comes to developing and implementing goals, able to quickly adapt when faced with change, energetic and able to positively influence others in a supportive manner, and customer service oriented with great written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and computer skills as well as a teamwork attitude are a must.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACTIVITIES AIDE
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Prior experience a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
