Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of general ledger accounting, payroll, and account reconciliation.
Duties
- Oversees the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year
- Process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities
- Assist with company employee benefits, such as PTO, retirement, and insurance.
- Coordinate communications with Attorney, CPA, Insurance agent and Financial Advisor
- Previous bookkeeping/ accounting and general HR/Benefits administration experience required.
- Must have experience in QuickBooks
- Month and end-year process
- General ledger
- Yearly capital assets reconciliations
- Account statement reconciliations
- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks
