Dispatcher

Overview

BelRed is seeking a Dispatcher to support our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who loves helping people and wants to be part of improving lives every day!

Responsibilities: 

• Dispatch our technicians to customer homes 

• Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers 

• Selling products and services to existing customers 

• Handle calls from over-flow 

• Dispatching maintenance technicians to customers 

Qualifications: 

• Customer service experience 

• Dispatching experience is a plus  

• Strong attention to detail 

• Conscientious, team player 

• Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude 

• Computer/ software knowledge a plus 

• Reliable transportation 

Physical Demands: 

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the 

• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run 

• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time 

• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing 

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently 

• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods

After working in the industry for years, Don Millard founded Bel-Red Heating and Air Conditioning in 1986 with the idea that he could provide better service to customers by doing it himself. While Don no longer services customers personally, this year BelRed celebrates our 35th anniversary in business, and we continue to be successful by providing great service to our customers! What started as a small service business has turned into one of the largest residential service and replacement businesses in Western Washington. We’ve expanded our business to include plumbing, electrical, geothermal and solar systems, plus a whole range of products that weren’t even available when Don started this business. 35 years in business – a quarter-century of putting the customer first and delivering the best products and service.
