Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Efficiency: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and information systems to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of our activities.
- Support Operations: Guide our operational areas by reporting key performance indicators and driving year-on-year improvements.
- Implement Best Practices: Ensure the international best practices defined by Belron SC are effectively implemented in Italy, and help showcase Italian best practices on a global stage.
- Innovate Solutions: Address challenges from operations and the market with insightful solutions and initiatives to improve service and reduce costs.
- Foster Collaboration: Strengthen relationships between the supply chain and other departments, promoting a collaborative culture.
- Champion CSR: Represent the supply chain in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ERP systems and other IT tools (WMS, TMS, DP tools, etc.).
- Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of SCM and logistics processes.
- Lean Six Sigma: Certification is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Educational Background: B.Sc. in economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Training Experience: Skilled in moderating workshops and training employees.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities.
- Leadership: Experience in leading teams through change.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in international and multinational teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Practical experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
