What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Manager position at Belt Tech Industrial?
Territory/Project Manager persons are the point of contact for customers of Belt Tech Industrial. Job duties include but are not limited to servicing and maintaining existing customers with all products and services. Pursue new customers where available. Collect new customer information. Contact customers to obtain PO numbers and regarding past due invoices when necessary. May be called upon to perform field service work on an as needed basis. Each sales person shall complete a weekly mileage/expense report listing the customer visited, mileage driven and expenses associated with the call. (i.e. food for customer, etc.) Territory Manager representatives are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Total hours per week vary and could be more exceeding 60hrs periodically. Pay is based on salary plus commission.
The Territory/Project Manager will also take lead in helping with capital projects with customers in the territory.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Must live within 1 hour of Western Tennessee, for the Coverage Area.
