As a Revenue Audit Clerk, you will be responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. You are also responsible for the daily audit of cage, racing, electronic games and non-gaming revenue areas.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
- Performs daily audit of cage, racing, electronic gaming and non-gaming revenue areas.
- Investigates and reports discrepancies determined through audit process to supervisor.
- Prepares information and reports for the Revenue Audit Supervisor in a manner to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Rules and Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate records and files pertaining to daily audits of areas of responsibility.
- Anticipates ongoing changes, problems, and opportunities in order to maintain effective systems and procedures.
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of high school. Some college preferred in the area of accounting. Two years’ experience in a related field required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
Ability to maintain all Regulatory licenses within assigned state of employment
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
