- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies ">

- Consult with nursing leadership to achieve desired nursing outcomes and improve patient satisfaction ">
- Document data in electronic records in real-time ">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) ">
- Current Missouri RN licensure ">
- 2 years of critical care experience (ICU, ED, PACU) ">
- ENPC, PALS, and ACLS certifications within specified timeframes ">
- TNCC or ATCN certification within 1 year of hire ">
- Able to work in multiple departments, including Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, Infusion, Stress, or PACU ">
