Job Description: RN Emergency Room
As an ER nurse at Belton Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care, prioritizing the most critical patients first.
ER nurses must possess strong observation and assessment skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make rapid decisions.
We require EPNC (or PALS) certification and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) certification within one year of hire.
Basic computer skills are also required, as well as the ability to complete Triage First (ED triage training course) within one year of hire and prior to being assigned to triage.
