What You'll Do
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) on our medical surgical unit, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. This includes:
- Directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures
- Serving as a resource person for staff
- Modeling a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- BLS certification required at hire and maintained
- ACLS required within 6 months
