What You’ll Do:
This position is a paid student internship for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline. The Accounting Intern will support the various areas of our Accounting Department (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Exposure to QuickBooks accounting software
- Entering Data entry of daily invoices and daily posting of/ customer payments
- Assist in Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Provide other clerical support for the Accounting Department
- Assist with general accounting duties related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments.
- Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited local University, with a major in Business, Accounting or Finance, with current GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment.
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). )
- Position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and have good computer skills.
- Must have the ability to sit at a desk for 70%-90% of the workday in a general office environment.
- Must be able to work on site.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- No benefits provided
- Internship starts immediately through August 2025
- Possibility of continuation will be discussed at the end of internship
