As an Assistant Hearing Care Practitioner, you will work as part of a team, including a Licensed Hearing Aid Sales professional, to provide world class solutions and outstanding patient services to those in need of hearing help. Compensation for this position is a combination of hourly wage, commission, and bonuses. On average our Assistant Hearing Care Practitioners earn over $50,000 per year.
Responsibilities, working closely with the supervising Hearing Care Practitioner:
· Treat each patient as a dear loved one (family member)
· Build rapport with each patient; demonstrate how untreated hearing loss effects quality of life
· Document case history and complete hearing screenings.
· Perform routine care including annual evaluations, programming, cleaning, troubleshooting and repair of devices
· Represent the company in a professional manner with the highest degree of integrity and a commitment to excellence in patient care
· Maintain patient records according to company policy
Qualifications:
· Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor.
· Sales experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right individual.
· Desire to learn new information while accepting coaching and feedback.
· Qualified to become a licensed Hearing Aid Salesperson
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
Compensation:
· Hourly wage, commission, and bonuses; combined to make over $48,000 yearly.
