Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities
· Payroll Management: Process bi-weekly payroll, ensure accurate and timely submission, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
· Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
· Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits enrollment, changes, and communication with third-party vendors.
· Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation, training schedules, and company orientation.
· HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and drafting correspondence.
· Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
· Collaboration:
Work closely with the HR department to meet deadlines and department/company goals.
· Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Requirements
