For this position you need will be moving constantly, to provide help to two Hearing Aid Offices. The position is fast-paced, and technical experience will help you thrive in this position; you will not be bored. We are looking for a Floating Front Office Associate that wants to be a part of this amazing company.
As a Floating Front Office Associate, you will travel between two offices within a week. You will have a great deal of responsibility, as both locations will require your full attention when you are there.
You will spend one day in an office and the following day in another. There will be flexibility to change this around, so our focus is on patient satisfaction.
The two offices are:
- Lewiston, ME
- Brunswick, ME
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:30am-4:30pm

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for managing the front area of both clinics on the days you are there.
- Customer service.
- Making outbound calls from our customer database to schedule appointments in both offices.
- Attending community outreach events to help network and generate business for each office.
- Retail sales.
- Having the right skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively.
- Office cleaning, including vacuuming, light dusting, and sanitizing for both locations.
- Insurance verifications.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have a reliable car.
