We are looking for Parts Counter Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Frederick, MD team. As a vital part of the Parts Department, you'll play an essential role in maintaining our high standards for customer service and satisfaction. Position Overview:
As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will:
- Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, offering exceptional service
- Fulfill walk-in and phone orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in every request
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing expert guidance on parts
- Manage inventory, parts orders, and special orders, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain a clean, organized counter and parts display area to create a welcoming environment
- Assist in warehouse management when needed, helping ensure smooth operations
- 2 years of parts department experience, preferably in a truck dealership or aftermarket environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with customers and teammates
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided
- Basic computer and math skills to process orders and track inventory
- Experience with Procede is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Competitive Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience
