Position Overview: As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will:
- Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner, providing top-notch service
- Process walk-in and phone orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering expert advice on parts and solutions
- Manage inventory, parts orders, and special orders, keeping records precise and up-to-date
- Keep the parts counter and display areas organized for a professional and welcoming environment
- Provide support with warehouse management as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- 2 years of parts department experience, preferably in a truck dealership or aftermarket environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A customer-first mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated with outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A professional attitude, with the ability to work well with both customers and team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided
- Basic computer and math skills for processing orders and tracking inventory
- Experience with Procede is a plus, but not required
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
