Seasonal Landscape Crew (Mowing & Project Roles)

Pay: $15–$20/hr (Based on Experience)

Beltz Landscaping is a design-focused landscape company that specializes in creating custom backyard destinations. As we gear up for another busy season, we’re hiring 3–4 seasonal crew members who are dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy working outdoors. We take pride in high-quality work, clear communication, and building a great team culture.
We’re Hiring For Two Seasonal Roles:
- 1. Mowing Crew (2 positions)
- Mow lawns and trim edges
- Maintain equipment and follow weekly routes
- Keep properties neat and well-groomed
- 2. Project Crew (1–2 positions)
- Build patios, retaining walls, and other hardscapes
- Plant trees, shrubs, and install mulch/rock
- Move materials and help prep job sites
What You Need:
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to follow instructions and stay productive
- A good attitude and a sense of humor
- Bonus: Landscaping or equipment experience
- Bonus: Comfortable driving with a trailer
