FT Assisted Living Caregiver- Med Tech 7Am - 3Pm

Belvedere Commons of Seneca is seeking Resident Assistants-Med-Techs for our 7AM- 3PM shift.

We are seeking Assisted Living Care Aids for our Assisted Living Facility to become a part of our team! Facility is seeking EXPERIENCED and QUALIFIED applicants for this position. Responsibilities and Duties

· Medication management and assistance with self-administration of medications

· Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, or persons with disabilities

· Monitor and report changes in patient health status

· Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

· Provide specialized healthcare such as assisting with administering medication

· Light housekeeping

Qualifications and Skills

· Med-Tech certified a plus but not required

· Must be truly compassionate for patients

· Must have good work ethic and maximize time to accomplish all tasks

· Must be ready willing and able to assist with any task requested by resident or supervisor

· Must be able to perform housekeeping duties

· Must have flexible schedule

· Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields

· Positive and patient demeanor

· Ability to build rapport with patients

· Must have previous ALF experience

· Must be able to pass background check

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Med Tech: 1 year (Required)
