What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Tech - Full Time - 2nd Shift position at Belvedere Commons of Seneca?
A professional who assists Residents with activities of daily living. These include, but are not limited to bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and helping the individual to meal times and activities. Allow and encourage the Residents to do as much of their own care as possible.
Do not apply to this position if you are not available every other weekend and available for the specified shifts advertised.

Qualifications
- Must have experience in assisted living, or similar settings
- Proficiency in providing personal care, including assistance with ADLs and memory care
- Knowledge of residents' rights and ability to advocate for them
- First aid certification and experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities are preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with EMR systems and meal preparation is a plus
