What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property maintenance position at Belvedere Housing Lp?
We are a large residential apartment complex in Newburgh, NY and are currently looking for Maintenance Assistant / Technician (depending on skills / experience) to add to our team.
Preferred skills / experience include : plumbing, electrical, taping / sheetrock, painting, flooring, grounds upkeep and general apartment maintenance, ability to lift at least 50lbs, and be able to work alone or with others.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : apartment work orders, general building maintenance, carpet removal, unit cleanouts, working in crawlspaces or on a ladder, snow removal, and assisting with other jobs around the property as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license. This is non-negotiable.
Full time position : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
