Belvedere Veterinary Center
Baltimore, MD Full Time
POSTED ON 2/1/2025

Wanted: Veterinary Superhero (Cape Optional)

Hey there, pet whisperer! Belvedere Veterinary Center in Baltimore is on the lookout for our next amazing Veterinarian (full-time or part-time). If you’ve got the skills, the passion, and a soft spot for adorable fluffballs (or occasionally not-so-fluffy ones), we want to hear from you!

Who We Are
At Belvedere, we’re all about making pets’ lives awesome—because they make ours better too. Each pet is unique (yes, even that cat who stares into your soul), and we work closely with their humans to keep tails wagging and whiskers twitching for as long as possible.

We’re based just south of Towson, MD, in the heart of Baltimore—a city that has everything you need: sports (go Ravens and Orioles!), culture (hello, National Aquarium), and team-building events at the Maryland Zoo (yes, we hung out with giraffes).

The Gig
Here’s the deal: You’ll be doing exams, diagnosing, treating, and generally being the hero of the day for our patients. We’re a collaborative bunch, so you’ll never be left floundering in the deep end (unless it’s literally at the aquarium). Got a special interest? Cool, we’ll support it! Don’t love surgery? No worries—we’re not about to force you into an ExLap. We believe in setting you up to be the best version of your veterinary self.

Our support staff is stellar, and they actually let you focus on doctor-y stuff (yes, that’s a technical term). Translation: You won’t spend your day printing labels or wrestling the copy machine.

Qualifications (a.k.a. The Fine Print)

  • You have that shiny DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited school and a Maryland vet license (or the ability to snag one).
  • Your diagnostic skills are sharp—our clients love knowing the “why” behind their pet’s care.
  • You can work independently and in a team, because sometimes it’s a solo mission and sometimes it’s an Avengers-style huddle to discuss cases.
  • Communication is your thing. Our clients like to be informed, and we like to keep them in the loop (with some tactful truth bombs when needed).
  • You’re into providing top-notch care, client education, and preventive medicine. Bonus points if you enjoy puns—our clients appreciate a good laugh.

What We’re About
We live by TRUST: Transparency, Respect, Understanding, Service, and Teamwork. These aren’t just buzzwords—they’re what make us who we are.

So, if you’re ready to join a team that supports you, loves what they do, and knows how to have fun along the way, apply today. Bonus if you can bring donuts to the interview (just kidding… maybe).

P.S. If you’re still reading, you might as well shoot us your resume. Let’s chat!
