BCA offers infant and toddler care, ages six weeks through pre-k4, as well as kindergarten through eighth grade.
**Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate kindergarten teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a genuine interest in working with young children and most importantly, buidling disciples for Jesus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Educate kindergarten students using a variety of teaching methods
- Implement literacy education programs to enhance reading and writing skills
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Provide tutoring and mentoring to students as needed
- Collaborate with administration to develop and implement curriculum
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive and Christ-centered learning environment
**Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Experience in private school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
