Our client, a well-established California-based labor and employment firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Attorney (5 years) with extensive Labor & Employment experience. The firm exclusively represents employees in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, which are becoming increasingly common. The firm covers all types of claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, worker misclassification, clock / rest issues, etc.The position requires an experienced attorney who is familiar with all stages of litigation and can hit the ground running.
