Job Overview
Belzer Equipment is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Sales Person to join our family owned Agricultural Dealership. We are a family centered dealership with flexibility and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sell agricultural equipment parts to customers calling or walking into the store along with selling parts to our service department.
- Ordering parts with vendors in a daily time fashion while keeping inventory counts accurate and up to date.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information about parts availability and specifications.
- Identify parts from online parts catalogs for replacement part stock number and price.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure parts leaving the department are billed out and accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience with Agricultural equipment is preferred.
- Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills with customers, service techs, team leads and management.
- Computer literacy a must along with an eye for numbers.
- Great attitude with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively multitasking both independently and as part of a team in a fast past environment during peak seasons.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
