We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain the functionality and condition of our properties. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and upkeep of our buildings while fostering strong relationships with owners and tenants.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Perform electrical repairs, including replacing light bulbs, sockets, and circuit breaker panel maintenance.
- Address structural maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing windows, doors, and walls.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems for optimal functionality.
- Conduct general upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and other assigned tasks.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience with general maintenance processes and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity
- Good physical condition and ability to perform maintenance tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (A certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a related field is a plus)
