We are recruiting a Service Coordinator on behalf of a recognized manufacturer's representative for many top brand HVAC manufacturing companies throughout Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage service requests via phone and email.
- Dispatch work orders to technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital dispatch board (removing cancellations, updating schedules, etc.).
- Set up new customers and jobs through the digital portal, ensuring accurate details for billing.
- Communicate with sales team to collect customer details, attachments and submittals.
- Coordinate with customers for scheduling, quotes, and service updates.
- Identify repair parts needed and assist in placing orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Previous service coordination or dispatch experience preferred.
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using
Outlook, Office, PowerPoint, and other digital platforms. - Strong customer interfacing skills.
