Main Responsibilities
- Coordinates the creation, presentation, and development of client projects.
- Works closely with team members to meet deliverable dates and requirements.
- E nsures all client deliveries meet company standards and quality expectations.
- Prepares budget estimates, scopes of work, and proposals when needed.
- Assigns internal resources for new client projects.
- F acilitates client process from onboarding through off-boarding.
- E nhances and maintains the company's workflow system and other processes that drive efficiencies while allowing for creativity.
- Serves as an external representative of the company, ensuring client expectations and satisfaction are exceeded.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the company's business and offerings, helping to develop and implement strategic plans to grow accounts.
- Manages and strengthens client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities.
- Helps mentor the intern team to help them better understand beMarketing's exceptional service standards and industry knowledge.
- Represents beMarketing in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
- Develops, maintains, and manages company vendor relationships.
- Performs all tasks and duties efficiently and safely.
- Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in marketing.
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role.
- Advertising agency experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Windows, Excel, Word).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
