Role Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Bookkeeper to join our team in Bountiful, UT. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our diverse client base of businesses across the country. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll collaborate with our expert team to deliver exceptional financial and bookkeeping services.

As a Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant, you’ll take ownership of financial statement preparation, day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and finance-related tasks using industry-leading tools like QuickBooks Online. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team that’s redefining client service in the accounting world, this role is for you.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong expertise in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software, especially QuickBooks Online.
• Proven experience in managing bookkeeping and finance-related tasks.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations / training will be available on this to help you be up to speed to help serve our clients and our tax team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
