Job Description: In this role, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is people oriented and likes the challenge of sales and developing new customers, growing existing relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and new markets.
  • Develop plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • OR Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the steel or fabrication sales industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Pass a background and pre-employment drug test
  • Insurable driving record.


Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of laser technology and its applications in the steel industry.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Experience with laser cutting, welding, forming, machining and related processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide feedback to clients.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for BSC products and services.
