BeMobile is seeking a District Leader to spearhead our expansion in the Platteville, WI, Milwaukee, WI and Madison, WI area. This candidate must be located in the geography of the District.
This position is required to drive and must be able to drive and meet the provisions of the Vehicle Policy at BeMobile.
The ideal candidate will have:
LMA: The District Leader is accountable for leading, managing, and creating an environment of accountability within their team. To effectively lead, the District Leader must inspire the achievement of shared goals by giving clear direction, providing the necessary tools, delegating of appropriate responsibilities to members of the team without abandoning ownership of the outcome, and always acting with the greater good of BeMobile in mind. To effectively manage, the District Leader must keep expectations clear, communicate well, meet regularly as a team and with direct reports, and regularly reward, recognize, and share feedback to develop their team and each individual within it.
District Attainment of BeMobile and Verizon Goals: Lead the district in achieving and exceeding both BeMobile’s and Verizon’s sales, service, and performance goals. This includes closely monitoring sales metrics, setting high expectations, and holding Store Leaders accountable for executing strategies that drive results. You should be able to reduce performance variations among locations effectively. You are also expected to be tactical in securing results from the district's locations. District Leaders must display a nearly flawless representation of Our Purpose, Core Values, Core Process, and strategic intentions resulting in district attainment of BeMobile and Verizon goals.
District Operational Efficiency and Consistency: Oversee and drive operational efficiency across all stores within the district, including inventory and cash handling, account access and invoicing, recruiting and interviewing, and scheduling and attendance. You must ensure consistency in execution, processes, and customer service. District Leaders must have the ability to perform assorted administrative tasks. You must continuously monitor the overall store cleanliness for an impressive customer experience and a satisfactory work environment for our employees. Cleanliness is expected in customer-facing areas, employee break rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms, and offices. It is always expected that all areas are clutter-free and clean. In addition, ensure all fixtures, furniture, signs, security devices, and displays are working correctly or issues are communicated to the proper department. The District Leader implements best practices and operational standards that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. You must solve and prevent problems with decisive action.
District Comprehension of Information: The District Leader is a conduit of information. You must verify that all employees in your district know necessary, relevant, and required communication and subsequently comprehend the communication's necessity, relevance, and usefulness. The District Leader is responsible for informing each district employee about all strategic communication.
Hire, Develop, Support, and Retain Store Leaders: Build a high-performing team of Store Leaders by recruiting top talent, developing their skills, and creating a culture that promotes growth and retention. You will schedule interviews and utilize recruiting resources and other creative means to find the right people for open positions. You will also support Sales Partner selection with store leaders, resulting in tenure and attractive results. A successful District Leader will have a low turnover rate and a high retention rate because of their ability to select the right people, provide the necessary growth and development, and ensure that their employees are finding professional satisfaction in their careers.
Store Integration and Innovation: You must ensure the individuals within your district work together cohesively and are aligned with BeMobile's near and long-term goals. Your department must continuously improve and pursue opportunities to strengthen BeMobile. The district must also proactively collaborate and serve the members of the Finance, People, Property, Revenue, and Executive teams. As the District Leader, you must ensure your department has an effective meeting pulse, including but not limited to strategic departmental offsites, Level 10 Meetings, and overlap meetings with other departments when appropriate.
