We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator – Devices in our Grand Forks, ND location. BeMobile Verizon is a growing company with progressive training and leadership development programs. This position oversees the purchasing of phones for 70 company locations, maintains appropriate inventory levels to keep stores running smoothly to meet customer demand, vendor purchase reconciliation, reporting, and store support for all phone inventory items.

As an Inventory Coordinator - Devices, you will be expected to:

As an Inventory Coordinator - Devices, you will be expected to:
- Support the Inventory team with purchasing and managing phone inventory
- Be able to interact with the corporate staff and BeMobile Leadership teams
- Maintain proficient knowledge and understanding of the systems and processes in the industry
- Make timely orders to maintain adequate levels to support store sales
- Generate consistent reports on time and when requested by management regarding operational aspects as well as other company initiatives
- Confidentially and ethically manage the software and programs of the company
Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities include:
- Organizing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other internal systems
