BeMobile is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our teams in Southern Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin . This candidate must be located in the geography of the region.
This position is required to drive and must be able to drive and meet the Vehicle Policy at BeMobile.

The Regional Sales Director is accountable for leading, managing, and creating an environment of accountability within their District Leader team. To effectively lead, the Regional Sales Director must inspire the achievement of shared goals by giving clear direction, providing the necessary tools, delegating appropriate responsibilities to team members without abandoning ownership of the outcome, and always acting with the greater good of BeMobile in mind. To effectively manage, the Regional Sales Director must keep expectations clear, communicate well, meet regularly as a team and with direct reports, and regularly reward, recognize, and share feedback to develop their team and each individual within it.
Region Attainment of BeMobile and Verizon Goals : Lead the region in achieving and exceeding both BeMobile's and Verizon's sales, service, and performance goals. This includes closely monitoring sales metrics, setting high expectations, and holding District Leaders accountable for executing strategies that drive results. You should be able to reduce performance variations among districts effectively. Support Store Leader selection with District Leaders that result in tenure and attractive results.
Alignment with Key Verizon Market Priorities : Ensure that the region's operations and strategies fully align with Verizon's market priorities and initiatives. This requires a deep understanding of Verizon's goals and the ability to adapt local strategy to meet expectations. The Regional Sales Director must manage evolving priorities and maintain strong relationships with Verizon leadership, ensuring mutual success for BeMobile and Verizon. You must deliver results that satisfy our partner's expectations.
Hire, Develop, and Retain District Leaders : Build a high-performing team of District Leaders by recruiting top talent, developing their skills, and creating a culture that promotes growth and retention. District Leaders must display a nearly flawless representation of Our Purpose, Core Values, Core Process, and strategic intentions. Regional Sales Directors must constantly secure and support that flawlessness. Underperformance must be addressed quickly and with finality. Successful performance must be celebrated and scaled across more districts, locations, and employees.
Region Operational Efficiency and Consistency : You will oversee and drive operational efficiency across all regional stores, ensuring consistency in execution, processes, and customer service. The Regional Sales Director implements best practices and operational standards that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. You must solve and prevent problems with decisive action.
District integration and Innovation : The Regional Sales Director must ensure the individuals within your department work together cohesively and are aligned with BeMobile's near and long-term goals. Your department must continuously improve and pursue opportunities to strengthen BeMobile. The district must also proactively collaborate and serve the members of the Finance, People, Property, Revenue, and Executive teams. As the Regional Sales Director, you must ensure your department has an effective meeting pulse, including but not limited to strategic departmental offsites, Level 10 Meetings, and overlap meetings with other departments when appropriate.
