We are seeking a professional, motivated, and result-oriented Store Leader with a "close the deal" mentality to join our growing team. Start your career with BeMobile making $65,000 - $75,000 (salary plus commissions) a year. As a Store Leader with BeMobile you will lead, coach, and motivate your sales team. You will be an active member of the community you serve, network with other businesses, and build rapport with potential and current customers. BeMobile provides training and a mentor program to prepare you for a fun, exciting and successful career!

The ideal candidate will have:
· Exceptional communication and time management skills.
· Strong Leadership skills for team and relationship building to foster a positive work environment.
· Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.
· Be reliable and consistent for all the roles and responsibilities in the accountability chart.
· Must be able to execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure it is being used within the store consistently.
