What You'll Do
A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
Physically fit, capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 20-50 lbs.
Fluent in reading and writing English.
A valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What You'll Do
- Assist with specialized pruning and tree take downs, using equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools.
- Demonstrate proper tree wounding/pruning techniques and handle trimming up to 20 feet high.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Participate in safety meetings and implement best practices.
- Identify trees and diseases and lead small work crews safely and efficiently.
- Support the Tree Worker 2 in tree-related activities.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, work-site partners, and Bemus staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
