Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain our current client base.
- Develop and cultivate new client contacts to increase market capture rate.
- Generate and develop new business opportunities from our current Landscape Maintenance and Tree Care pipelines.
- Coordinate and participate in industry tradeshows while professionally promoting Bemus Landscape
- Monitor and operate within the annual sales budget and goals.
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan targeting profitable business.
- Track proposals, contacts, and leads in the Bemus CRM system.
- Attend and present our services at client meetings in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent service to clients, partners, and Bemus staff courteously and efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a consultative, business-to-business sales environment; preferably within the commercial property management and/or homeowners association industry.”
- Must be proficient in using a “CRM” sales database management tool
- Possess and utilize good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate in face-to-face interactions, as well as in written correspondence, with customers, employees, and your manager.
- Must possess a valid California driver's license
