What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and communication.
- Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, including irrigation, job scheduling, and quality control.
- Lead and supervise crews to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
- Identify and propose landscape improvements to enhance client properties.
- Manage labor, materials, and job costs to achieve profitability goals.
- Represent Bemus professionally in client meetings and presentations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of landscape management, horticulture, irrigation, and job scheduling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage projects, and work independently.
- Tech-savvy with experience in computers and mobile apps.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- QAL required (or willingness to obtain). Additional certifications like CLIA or CLT are a bonus.
- Valid Class C CA Driver’s License with a clean record.
