What You’ll Do as a Tree Groundsman:
Assist crew members in daily tree care operations, including cleanup.
Support Trimmers and Foremen with ropes, tools, and equipment.
Control road and sidewalk traffic when needed.
Operate tree care equipment, spray trucks, and tow chippers.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clean job sites.
Use and maintain tools such as hand tools, chainsaws, and chippers.
Follow strict safety protocols and be prepared for emergency situations.
Gain hands-on experience and learn various aspects of tree care!
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
Physically fit and able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-50 lbs.
Must read and write English fluently.
Valid California Driver’s License (clean driving record).
Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
